Click twice on the problematic e-mail, it will appear in a new window.
In the new window, click on the More, than the View Source button.
Now you can see the source of the e-mail.
Select the entire text by pressing CTRL+A at the same time or drag your mouse from the top line to the bottom line.
Press CTRL+C at the same time to copy the whole text to the clipboard, and then open a new e-mail to insert the text by pressing CTRL+V at the same time.
