Save header in Thunderbird

1. Click twice on the problematic e-mail, it will appear in a new window.
2. In the new window, click on the More, than the View Source button.

   

3. Now you can see the source of the e-mail.
4. Select the entire text by pressing CTRL+A at the same time or drag your mouse from the top line to the bottom line.

   

5. Press CTRL+C at the same time to copy the whole text to the clipboard, and then open a new e-mail to insert the text by pressing CTRL+V at the same time. 
6. Send an e-mail to helpdesk@uni-mate.hu with a subject and a short text.
