Wi-Fi setup

You can login to Wi-Fi with your MATE identification and password with the following syntax: xxxx@uni-mate.hu. Employees can login with their ID which contains 3 letters and 4 numbers (for example: Joh1234@uni-mate.hu), while students are using their Neptun code (for example: neptunkod@uni-mate.hu). If your password is expired, refresh it on JoKeR. If you did not activate your account, our guide can be useful.

What is Eduroam?

Eduroam (education roaming) is the secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community. Eduroam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity across campus and when visiting other participating institutions by simply opening their laptop.

You can use CAT aka Configuration Assistant Tool if you want. You can download it from cat.eduroam.org.
