The IT Directorate provides the following services in landline telephony:
- supervision and consultancy of telephone lines
- telephony contract management
- coordinating and implementing the construction and relocation of telephone lines
- telephone exchange
- telephone extension management (add new extension, relocation, termination)
- call center operation
