Send e-mail from a shared mailbox with Outlook Web App

Run Outlook Web App. If you answer to an e-mail you receieved to your shared mailbox, the sender will be always shared mailbox.

To type a new e-mail, follow the instructions.

1. Click on Home and New Email icons.

   

2. In the new window, first click on Options, than click on the From button. Now you can see a new From button above recipient, click on the Other Email Address... menu

   

3. In the pop-up window, type the address of the shared mailbox and click on the OK button.

   

   
   If you click on the From button, you can find the shared mailbox in the address book.
4. The selected address appears next and below to From. When you type a new letter, you do not need to type this address.

   

5. Continue writing the letter as usual.
