Create a meeting and invite to an existing meeting

  1. Run the desktop version of Microsoft Teams and enter to the Calendar menu where you can select the meeting's preferred date and time.

  2.  Fill all the data and set the exact time. If all the information are correct, click on the Save button.

  3. If you wish to edit the meeting, click on the item you created and then press the Edit button.

  4. For more information, click on the Show meeting information menu.

  5. In the Add principants menu, enter the correct e-mail address(es). If the e-mail address is incorrect, the system will send a notification to your personal mailbox. When you are done, click on the Connect or Close button. In the case of the former, Teams logs in to the meeting you created.
