Entering a meeting as a guest user

If you do not have a legal relationship with MATE, you can still participate in the meetings held within our institution. We suggest to install the desktop or mobile version of Microsoft Teams.

1. Check your e-mail address, where you received an e-mail from starter of the meeting.
2. Click on the Click here to join the meeting menu.

   

3. Microsoft Teams will open wher you must add your name. If you are ready, click on the Join button.

   

4. The initiator of the meeting must approve your request.
